Amberfield Heights Reinvented
Located in the popular suburb of Amberfield Heights, Centurion, this ambitious six-month project set out to breathe new life into a tired family home. The scope of the renovation was extensive, every corner of the house was transformed, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and living areas. But the true standout feature was the addition of an entirely new structure above the existing garage.
What was once unused rooftop space is now a luxurious upper-level extension, home to a beautifully designed master bedroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a stunning en-suite bathroom.

Beyers Park Reimagined
A complete rejuvenation of a well-loved home in Beyers Park, focusing on essential repairs and modern updates. From fixing broken ceilings and addressing water damage to re-tiling the kitchen and giving the entire home a fresh, contemporary look.
The renovation also included revamping the entertainment area with a new braai layout, upgrading the lighting and electrical systems, and adding a custom-built daybed for the clients – creating a space that feels as good as new.

The Brooklyn Barrister
Situated in the heart of Brooklyn, Pretoria, this newly constructed office space is a perfect blend of modern design and functionality, built from the ground up to meet the specific needs of a professional legal practice. The design features soaring high ceilings, giving the space an open, airy feel, while maintaining a sleek and professional atmosphere. The highlight of the renovation is the expansive boardroom, purposefully designed for both large meetings and private discussions. Three custom-built light boxes, installed by the windows, flood the room with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and providing a bright, uplifting environment.
To further elevate the space, we created a stunning Meranti wood pergola that elegantly connects the new office with the existing building, offering a seamless transition between the two structures. Additionally, a stylish Boma entertainment area was added, providing a welcoming outdoor space for informal gatherings and relaxation, blending professional and social environments in perfect harmony. Thoughtfully crafted, this renovation represents a seamless combination of contemporary aesthetics, natural elements, and practical functionality.

The Murrayfield Sanctuary
This comprehensive renovation project in Murrayfield involved a complete overhaul of every room in the house, transforming it into a modern living space while enhancing its charm. The scope of work included repainting walls and ceilings, installing new cupboards, and laying down fresh carpets, all accented by newly painted white meranti skirtings. The main bedroom features stunning exposed beams with a charming knotty pine ceiling, while the passageway was revitalised with new skirtings and a fresh coat of paint. The bathrooms, particularly the main en-suite, underwent a full gut and remodel, showcasing modern fixtures such as a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double vanity, and elegant floor-to-wall tiles, with a stucco feature wall adding a touch of sophistication.
The kitchen ceiling was updated with new down-lights, and all steel windows were replaced with sleek aluminium frames. The geyser was relocated from the ceiling to the roof, enhancing accessibility and efficiency. Internal doors were refreshed with a new coat of paint and modern black Yale handles, and existing tiles were re-grouted for a polished finish. The renovation was executed in phases to accommodate the owners’ living arrangements, allowing them to stay in the lounge while the bedrooms, passage, and bathrooms were completed before moving back to tackle the kitchen and re-grouting.

The Waterkloof Ridge
Located in the established suburb of Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, this full-house renovation marked the beginning of a bold new chapter for a once dated family home. Originally heavily compartmentalised with ageing finishes and limited natural light, the property required a complete transformation to unlock its full potential for modern family living.
Over a focused four-month build period, ETR Construction carried out extensive demolition, structural alterations, and refined interior upgrades to create a brighter, more functional home. Internal walls were opened up to improve flow, while large aluminium windows and sliding doors were introduced to flood the interiors with natural light and create a stronger connection to the outdoor spaces.
Continuous tiling throughout the home established a sleek contemporary finish, offering both durability and visual cohesion. Every element was carefully planned around the client’s vision of comfort, lifestyle, and increased property value, while incorporating their own personal taste and design preferences.
Despite seasonal weather delays and structural challenges that required reinforcement work, the project was completed through smart planning, hands-on problem solving, and exceptional craftsmanship. The result is a modern luxury home built around lifestyle and crafted for comfort.
