From the worst experience with builders, ETR and the committed team (Hannes, Ivan, Rian and team) gave me the BEST... result with builders! From trying to build my trust after a devastating building disaster with another builder to a daily display of having a dream come true, being super neat, productive planning and superb execution of building an additional office building in record time. Ivan was ever present and helpful, assisting with questions, suggesting possible solutions and executing our plans with a smile ALWAYS (even when facing difficult personal challenges). ETR you have in a sense restored my trust in people, and definitely in builders!
Finances were kept up to date and dealt with professionally by Hannes.
Also a time line was provided to keep my personnel up to speed as to what to expect when.
BEST SERVICE EVER!

In bietjie meer as 3 weke is... al drie ons ou badkamers uitgekap en vervang met pragtige en moderne badkamers waarvan ons nou jare droom!
Baie dankie Hannes, Ivan en elkeen van julle spanlede vir die harde en netjiese werk, niks was te veel gevra nie en elke detail is nagegaan!

From the moment we moved back into our new interior home we were overcame with joy. It has been a long awaited project... and ETR Construction has helped us to put our dream into realisation. Money well spent! Worth all the effort and savings if you want your house done quickly without the stress of managing it yourself or having a drawn-out project on your hands if you're diy-ers like us. Ons is verstom deur die span se spoed en hoogs professionele diens! Ons kan nie wag om ons 'na' foto's te deel nie... omdat die kwaliteit regtig uitstekend is - 'n ware Pinterest-ervaring!

Hannes se span het elke oggend net voor 7 uur by ons opgedaag, want as hy sê 3 weke, bedoel hy dat hulle binne 3 weke klaar sal wees! Hannes self was voortdurend betrokke en het inspeksies uitgevoer. Hy was baie geduldig en oop vir ons idees, terwyl hy sy uitstekende styl en ervaring gebruik het om ons op die regte pad te hou.

Ons sal beslis weer van hulle dienste gebruik maak, aangesien hulle ons hoogste verwagtinge oortref het!read more

ETR het uitstekende diens gelewer by my bouprojek. Stiptelik 07:00 elke oggend aan diens. Riaan, as toesighouer, het 'n... oog vir fyn detail en baie netjiese werk. Die bouers is vriendelik. Veiligheid van die perseel was te alle tye verseker. Hannes, as eienaar van ETR, was van die kwotasie tot daaglikse besigtiging van die werk, stiptelik en betrokke. Baie dankie ETR!!!read more

Hannes carried out some restoration work on our house and it looks amazing; top quality finish, quickly accomplished,... we are so delighted. He certainly goes the extra mile... and two... and three... to make a place a welcoming home.
